Alison's model's hair
So regardless of how it looked, can anyone explain to me how they got Alison's model's hair to do that in the first place?  I mean that is some impressive hair archetiture.  I know extentions were probably involved, but whoa....  That takes some serious effort.  Even if it looked awful, I can appreciate the skill it took to make someone's hair do that.

Makes me wish I didn't throw out my old issues of InTouch weekly. There was a tidbit with Paris Hilton (were she had the bow hair as well). All I remember was that you do need extensions for it. Wish I could help. :/

They just had Paris on Style Star. And her hair bow outfit was on there. I laughed my butt off when I saw it. At least Alison is semi-current.

Do you mean the bow? It was just a bow made with synthetic hair and stuck on top of her head. I thought it was atrocious!

I thought it was a half pony tail, or whole up, split in two and flipped back and pinned down. Oh well thats what I thought

There are these little things that look like brillo pads that ared used to form the bow part. It was probaby her real hair with a few extensions, but they tease that and then smooth it over the brillo pads (I've been out of school! I forget what they're called and you don't really use them in an every day salon situation hahaha) to form the bow. My friend and I used to do them all the time because we had a book that showed styles done with them, including a bow.

((it's actually not that hard))

It definitely looked fake. It wasn't the same color or texture as the hair on her scalp. You could kinda tell it was from behind.

I think the bow was a hair piece pinned onto the top of the model's head.

"impressive hair archetiture." Reminds me of the movie "Blow Dry".
